VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

   To help with copying during the summer. 

                   Chairpersons are needed:

·        Art Show  

·        Mother’s Day Flower Sale  

·        Fall fundraiser- duties include contacting the company you choose to order the product from.  Get the Brochures out the day the fundraiser starts.  You may have to put a cover letter together explaining when it starts, ends, etc.  (All correspondence has to be cleared thru Mrs. Chak). Come in during the day with a PTO board member to count the money, and put orders together. Coordinate the order being delivered to the school and the pick-up date and time for parents.  The Fall Fundraiser usually starts in the spring or summer deciding on the book and the fundraiser goes out to the school in October.

·        Spring Fundraiser-Duties would be the same as the Fall Fundraiser duties.  The decision of which company and book starts in the Fall of the previous year.  Brochures will go out in the beginning of March. 

·        Kid Stuff Books- Duties include staying in contact with the Kid Stuff book company.  Sending out order forms to the School.  Fill orders as they come in during the day. Be available to count books and money.  Sending unsold books back to the company.

·        Mother’s Day Flowers- duties include order flowers, arranging delivery.  Gathering volunteers to help sell.
